Baby Pantry
If your parish has a space for it, start a baby pantry stocked with necessitites like diapers, wipes, and formula. Advertise it around your community and invite low income families to receive support through it. The pantry could be run by your Evangelical Charity department, parish nurse, or by volunteers. St. Isidore and St. Pio of Pietrelcina parishes both already do this.
