Create a discipleship path by restructuring parish programming with the goal of moving people intentionally through the process of spiritual conversion and maturity. Be intentional about inviting parents into this discipleship path so that they can be well-equipped to make disciples in their home. Consider requiring Alpha as a stepping-stone into a parent-led faith formation program.
