Consider surveying random parishioners on a quarterly basis to get feedback on homilies.Possible questions could include: Did the homily speak to the Sunday readings, especially the Gospel? Was the homily meaningful and relevant to your life? Were you able to hear clearly what was being proclaimed? Was the homilist prepared? Was the homily too long? Too short?
