Staffed Concierge Desk at All Liturgies
Consider having a visible place (concierge desk) during all liturgies to answer all questions for guests before/after Mass. This should include all forms parishioners need from the parish for entry-level needs (sacramental forms, registration, Encounter events, etc.). It should have a particular focus on welcoming newcomers and those disconnected from the parish to find out more about ways to get engaged with the parish. It is important to collect contact info for those who are not connected and follow up with them within one week to invite them to an event or activity.
