The graces of Synod 16 continue to propel us forward to embrace our vocation as a band of joyful missionary disciples, yet the challenges of the past two years have taken a toll on parish leaders. So we turn to our Lord Jesus Christ in our need, trusting that his real presence will revive us for the mission ahead. Join us for a day of fellowship, inspiration, and renewal at this year’s Unleash the Gospel Conference 2022: Refueling for Mission through a Eucharistic Revival (formerly, The Parish Day of Renewal). We will gather on Friday, November 18th, 2022, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Plymouth, MI. The conference will have daytime and evening sessions for those unable to come during the day.
Together, we will gather to renew our focus on the pastoral letter, Unleash the Gospel, pray together, and rekindle our own Eucharistic amazement. The day will include an opening talk with Bishop Gerard Battersby, keynote presentations by Bishop Andrew Cozzens, chair of the USCCB Committee on Evangelization and Catechesis, and leader of the three-year National Eucharistic Revival, Mass with Archbishop Allen Vigneron, Eucharistic Adoration, and more!
The Eucharist is the source of our strength, perseverance, and inspiration. It is only through Him that we can be renewed and lead people to Jesus. All parish leaders (clergy, lay ministers, key volunteers) are invited to attend.
